The steps

Understand the default: drafts are free, sending is gated — An employee can research, write and prepare anything on its own. Acting outward — sending the email, posting, paying — is where approvals live. When it wants to act, you get a notification and the action waits for your answer in **Inbox**.
Answer approvals where you live — Approvals reach you in the dashboard and on Telegram if the employee is connected there. A one-word reply unblocks it. Unanswered asks don't block the employee's other work — they queue, it moves on.
Widen autonomy one permission at a time — When you've approved the same thing ten times, delegate it explicitly and narrowly: > You can send replies to existing customer threads without asking. New outbound and anything about money still goes through me. Narrow standing permissions beat a general "go ahead" — you can always widen next month.
