Put the work on a schedule
The thing it did well once, now arriving every week without you asking.
The steps
- Schedule outcomes you've already seen once — The best schedule is a repeat of a success: the KPI digest it wrote yesterday, the inbox triage it did this morning. Automating work you haven't reviewed once is how you get confident garbage weekly.
- Ask for it in chat — You don't need a settings page — describe the rhythm:
> Every Friday at 4pm, do exactly this again and put the result in my Inbox.
The employee creates the schedule itself. You'll find it — and can pause or edit it — on its **Agenda** tab.
- Give the recurring version a quality bar — One line raises every future run:
> Each time, start with the 3 numbers that changed most, and flag anything that needs a decision from me at the top.
You're writing the job description for a task, once, instead of re-briefing weekly.
You should see
A routine listed on the employee's Routines tab, and the first scheduled result in your Inbox at the time you chose.
