The steps

Inbox — what needs you — **Inbox** is the feed: finished runs, questions your employees raised, and approvals waiting on you. When an employee wants to act on the outside world — send, post, pay — it asks here first. If you check one screen a day, it's this one.
Files — what they made — **Files** holds every workspace: each employee's documents, the shared company files, and the wiki your team writes as it learns. Anything a run produced is here even weeks later — nothing lives only in a chat scroll.
Reports — what it cost and produced — **Reports** is the weekly rollup: what each employee did, what it consumed in credits, what came out. It's the page that answers "is this hire earning its keep?" — the same question you'd ask about anyone on payroll.
