The steps
- What Seth is for — Seth runs the marketing engine: positioning, channels, campaigns, and the calendar that keeps them coherent. Hire it when marketing happens in bursts whenever you find time — the CMO's job is to make it happen weekly without you.
- Your first messages — Copy these, fill the {blanks}, send them in this order — context first, then one concrete task:
> Here's our site: {URL}. Write back our positioning in 5 lines — who it's for, the pain, why us. Tell me where the site says it badly.
> Draft next week's content calendar: 3 LinkedIn posts and 2 X posts in our voice. Here are two posts I liked the tone of: {paste}.
> Audit our landing page {URL} and give me the 5 changes most likely to lift conversion, ranked.
- Run these superpowers first — From the **Powers** tab — each one turns a short form into a finished document:
**Find a name and its domain** — Thirty scored candidates with .com availability checked live during the run. (~8 min)
**See if AI search cites you** — Asks the answer engines what a buyer would ask, and reports where you appear, where a competitor does instead, and why. (~12 min)
**Map the competition** — Your site against up to five rivals — promise, pricing, proof, cadence — and the angles nobody occupies. (~9 min)
**Review a sales page** — The six levers of influence applied one by one, and the page rewritten. (~7 min)
- Connect these when asked — The work will tell you when it needs a real account. For this role that's usually: Google Search Console, Firecrawl, Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook. Connect from the **Apps** tab the first time a task asks — not before.
- Put it on a rhythm — Weekly content calendar every Friday for the week after, and a monthly marketing report — what ran, what it cost, what moved.
