Your first messages — Copy these, fill the {blanks}, send them in this order — context first, then one concrete task: > Here's my plan for {quarter/project}: {paste}. Attack it — what breaks first, what am I not seeing? > I'm deciding between {A} and {B}. Argue each side properly, then tell me which you'd pick and why. > What would you not do if you were me right now? What am I spending time on that doesn't matter?
Run these superpowers first — From the **Powers** tab — each one turns a short form into a finished document: **Write a decision note** — State the decision and its options, get weighted criteria, scenarios and a recommendation. (~6 min) **Find where you can be the only one** — Market, players, and the position nobody can take from you. (~8 min) **Map your automation roadmap** — What to automate, in what order, with the payback on each. (~10 min) **Map a process and fix it** — Where the time goes, where it queues, and the automated version. (~9 min)
