Start with your Designer
Jony, Designer — Ships pixels that actually convert. From hire to first useful output in an hour.
The steps
- What Jony is for — Jony produces visuals that ship: social banners, hero images, landing sections, product shots. Hire it when design is the bottleneck between "written" and "published".
- Your first messages — Copy these, fill the {blanks}, send them in this order — context first, then one concrete task:
> Here's our site: {URL}. Describe our current visual identity in 5 lines, then tell me what you'd keep and what you'd change.
> Create 3 hero image options for {product/announcement}, {format}, in our style. Vary the concept, not just the colors.
> Make the social banner set for {campaign}: X header, LinkedIn post image, square version. Same idea, each native to its format.
- Run these superpowers first — From the **Powers** tab — each one turns a short form into a finished document:
**Create an image** — Describe what you need and get a usable visual, in the style you pick. (~4 min)
**Create a video** — Describe the shot and get a short clip back, in the format you pick. (~9 min)
**Build a presentation** — Turn a subject into a clear deck — slide by slide, with the words already written. (~8 min)
**Review a page's design** — Hierarchy, spacing, type, contrast — defects rated P0 to P3, each with the CSS that fixes it. (~8 min)
- Connect these when asked — The work will tell you when it needs a real account. For this role that's usually: Higgsfield, Canva, Video generation (Replicate), Google Docs, Anchor Browser. Connect from the **Apps** tab the first time a task asks — not before.
- Put it on a rhythm — A weekly creative batch tied to the content calendar — ask the CMO and Designer to work from the same plan, and say so in both briefs.
Schedules live on the **Agenda** tab; you can pause or edit them there.
