Start with your Social Manager
Vee, Social Manager — Posts daily. You don't have to. From hire to first useful output in an hour.
The steps
- What Vee is for — Vee posts daily so you don't have to: platform-native content in your voice, on a rhythm that doesn't die after week two. Hire it when your accounts go quiet every time work gets busy.
- Your first messages — Copy these, fill the {blanks}, send them in this order — context first, then one concrete task:
> Here's my product: {URL}, and 3 posts whose tone I like: {paste}. Write next week's 7 posts in that voice. I approve before anything goes out.
> What are 5 content angles for our audience that we haven't tried? One example post for the best one.
> Turn this blog post / this customer win into 3 posts: {paste or link}.
- Run these superpowers first — From the **Powers** tab — each one turns a short form into a finished document:
**Make a post, ready to publish** — The visual and the caption together, sized for the network you pick. (~5 min)
**Run a 30-day posting campaign** — Plans the month and writes every post with its visual — and schedules the publishing if you want it to. (~15 min)
**Audit a social account** — What worked, what did not, and the formats to stop making. (~8 min)
**Distribute every post you publish** — Point your blog's RSS or CMS at one URL. Every article you publish comes back as posts written for each network — not the same paragraph pasted three times. (~2 min)
- Connect these when asked — The work will tell you when it needs a real account. For this role that's usually: Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Canva, Firecrawl, Gmail. Connect from the **Apps** tab the first time a task asks — not before.
- Put it on a rhythm — The weekly batch, approved in one sitting, queued daily. After a month, review what performed and let Vee rebalance the mix.
Schedules live on the **Agenda** tab; you can pause or edit them there.
