Start with your Content Writer
Ann, Content Writer — 8 blog posts a week. Zero writer's block. From hire to first useful output in an hour.
The steps
- What Ann is for — Ann writes long-form that reads like you: blog posts, guides, newsletters. Hire it when you know content would compound but every post costs you an evening.
- Your first messages — Copy these, fill the {blanks}, send them in this order — context first, then one concrete task:
> Here's our site: {URL}. Propose 10 blog titles our customers would actually search — not titles about us, titles about their problems.
> Write the first one: 1,200 words, our tone. Here are two paragraphs I've written so you can hear it: {paste}.
> Turn that post into a newsletter edition and 3 social posts. Same substance, native to each format.
- Run these superpowers first — From the **Powers** tab — each one turns a short form into a finished document:
**Write a blog post** — One subject in, a complete article out — structured, optimised and ready to publish. (~6 min)
**Extract the house voice** — Give three of your texts and get the rules that make them sound like you — reusable by every employee. (~6 min)
**Run an SEO audit** — Analyse a website and get a graded report with prioritised fixes. (~6 min)
**Write a comparison page** — An honest "them vs us" page, built to be quoted by AI answer engines. (~7 min)
- Connect these when asked — The work will tell you when it needs a real account. For this role that's usually: WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PostHog, Firecrawl, LinkedIn. Connect from the **Apps** tab the first time a task asks — not before.
- Put it on a rhythm — One or two posts a week on a schedule, each derived into newsletter + social. Review the first four closely — your corrections set the voice.
Schedules live on the **Agenda** tab; you can pause or edit them there.
