The steps

Open the Channels tab — Each employee connects to Telegram separately, with its own bot — so "message the Accountant" and "message the CMO" stay different conversations, like different phone numbers. Start from the employee's **Channels** tab.
Follow the connect flow — The tab walks you through linking a Telegram bot and gives you an invite link to open in Telegram. Tap it, hit start, and the conversation is bound to your workspace — nobody else can talk to your employee through it.
Use it for the small loop, not the big brief — Telegram shines for the quick round-trips: "status?", "approve it", "rewrite the subject line". Long briefs and document review are better in the dashboard, where Files and runs are one click away. Same employee, same memory — pick the surface per message.
