Work costs credits. Everything below exists so you can see that cost before it surprises you.
Credits
Your plan includes a number of credits per period. A run spends them; the balance is included − used, and anything past that is overage, billed at your plan's rate up to a cap you set.
An organization with no credits left does not silently keep working: runs stop, including triggered and scheduled ones.
Per-employee budgets
Credits are the company ceiling; budgets are the per-employee one. Set a monthly limit in cents on any employee:
- At 80% it is flagged as approaching the limit
- At 100% it pauses and stops spending — the rest of the team keeps working
- Raising the limit un-pauses it immediately

Pausing
You can pause the subscription rather than cancel it. Pausing keeps your workspace, your employees, their memory and their files — it stops the work and the billing. Resume and everything is where you left it.
Pricing
Pricing is scoped to the business — what you are running, how many employees, how much work. There is no public per-seat price, and it is billed by invoice. Talk to us and we scope it with you.
