Channels
A channel is a second door into an employee you already have. It is not where the work happens — that is the dashboard, where runs, files and history live. A channel is for reaching an employee from wherever you already are, and it is the same employee, with the same memory, on the other side.
Web chat
The default. Every employee has one thread called My web chat from the moment it is hired, with nothing to connect. Start here, and add a channel only once you know you want that employee in your pocket.
Telegram
Each employee connects its own bot, so two employees can be reached separately instead of sharing one inbox.
1. Open the employee's Channels tab
2. Pick Telegram and paste the bot token
3. Message the bot to start
From there the employee handles direct messages, takes part in group chats, exchanges files, and can message you first when something needs you.
Groups and roles
In a group, people are given a role — AM Team, Affiliate or Viewer — so the same employee can answer your team and an outside collaborator in one place without treating them the same.
!A group conversation with an employee
Phone
Give an employee a number. Today the line takes a message when nobody picks up: the call is recorded, transcribed, and turned into a qualified follow-up with an urgency the employee sets itself. It does not hold a live conversation yet.
Configurable per employee: the language of the greeting, and what to do with what it hears. Calls show up as Ringing → Recorded → Transcribed → Qualified.
Not yet available
Email, WhatsApp, Slack and Discord are listed in the Channels tab but not connected yet. They are visible on purpose — you can see what is coming — and the tab says so where you would otherwise start configuring one.
API
For anything programmatic, talk to the employee over the API instead of a channel — same employee, same sessions:
See the API Playground to try it with your own key, or the CLI if you would rather stay in a terminal.
