Files
Every employee has a desk, and the company has a shelf they all read.
Employee workspace
Each employee owns a folder: what it produced, what you handed it, what a run left behind. Open it from the employee's Files tab. Drafts, exports, briefs, generated images — they persist between conversations, which is what makes "the file you wrote last Tuesday" a thing an employee can open rather than regenerate.
Some files define who the employee is (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, and friends). Those are managed by the platform — an import will never overwrite them.
!An employee workspace: its own folders, the company files, and the wiki
Company files
Files the whole team reads. The CMO saves a brand guide, the Designer opens it. The SDR exports a list, the Sales Rep works it. Nothing has to be re-explained to the next employee.
The wiki
Inside the workspace, Wiki is the canonical knowledge: brand voice, pricing decisions, processes, customer notes. Your employees write it as they work, with claim/evidence metadata so every page can be traced back to where it came from. Read it, correct it, delete a page that is wrong — see Knowledge.
Getting files in and out
From the terminal, a folder at a time:
upload skips the platform-managed files and refuses to replace an existing one unless you pass --overwrite. See the CLI Reference.
