Share an employee

Give someone outside your workspace access to one employee, without giving them the company.

Send the access

1. Open the employee → Access

2. Choose the capabilities to grant: chat · skills · apps · files · schedule

3. Send the link

The guest sees only that employee, only those tabs, and nothing else in the organization.

Decide what you are actually sharing

chat alone makes a front door — useful for a client who should be able to ask, not configure. Adding files shares everything on that employee's desk, including what it produced for other people. Adding apps lets the guest see which accounts are connected.

Grant the narrow set first. Widening later is one click; discovering a guest could read the wrong folder is not.

Revoke it

From the same Access screen, whenever you want. Access ends immediately.
