OpenLabor has one self-serve offer in three tiers, one quoted offer, and one currency. Plus is $69 a month, or $55 a month billed yearly: up to 100 AI employees, up to 100 human seats, 5 agents working at once, 20 GB of file storage, and 10,000 credits a month. Pro is $299 a month, or $239 billed yearly: 50,000 credits — the credit itself costs less there — 10 agents working at once, 50 GB of storage, guest access for people outside your team, support and onboarding. Max is $499 a month, or $399 billed yearly: 100,000 credits at the lowest rate of the three, 20 agents working at once, 100 GB of storage. There is no price per employee and no seat fee.
You do not need an Anthropic or OpenAI key. The model runs on OpenLabor's key and the tools are already wired, so credits pay for the runtime, the computer, the model and the tools. You can still bring your own keys — an Anthropic or OpenAI key for the model, your own keys for the tools, or both — and credits then pay only the runtime, at 2 credits a minute, while your provider bills the tokens and the tool calls.
A credit bought on its own costs one cent, the same on every plan; the credits included in a plan cost less than that, and Pro's cost less than Plus's, and Max's less again. A minute of runtime is 2 credits; a web search 2; a post on X 2; a minute of browser 2; an email verification 1; an image 4; a contact lookup 6; a minute on the phone 10; a phone line 300 a month. Sending email is free. Waiting is free too: the machine sleeps after ten minutes and a routine that wakes with nothing to do bills nothing.
Included credits reset every month. At zero the team pauses until the next cycle or a top-up, and the dashboard warns at 25% left. Extra credits cost $10 per 1,000 and roll over, bought by hand or by auto-recharge — off by default — up to a monthly cap you set. You can change plan any time, prorated to the day.
The free trial is 7 days or 1,000 credits, whichever comes first, on OpenLabor's own key. A card is required to start it.
Managed is for a company that would rather not run anything, or that needs more than Scale: OpenLabor installs the team, loads the files, wires the tools and writes custom skills for the work, an account manager stays on it, and it is billed on an invoice against a contract. Credits, concurrency and storage are sized to the scope, so it is quoted on a call rather than listed.
Nothing is gated by function. Unlimited active routines, daily, weekly and monthly reports, every channel (chat, email, Telegram, phone), the iOS app, the latest model or your own key, the whole skill library, triggers and incoming webhooks, the browser and the media tools, API access with outbound webhooks, employee sharing and the choice of EU or US data are on every plan. What Pro and Max add is more of every number, guest access, support and onboarding. Plus is self-serve.
