Screen every applicant
Point your ATS or application form at one URL. Every application that arrives comes back as an evaluation against the requirements you wrote — argued, quotable, and never a decision.
Run by HR Manager.
What you fill in
- The role, and the requirements it is judged on
- Separate essential from nice-to-have. Nothing outside this list may count for or against anyone, so write the version you would defend out loud.
- What rules someone out on the facts alone
- Only facts an application can state: a licence, a work permit, a language, a start date, a salary above the band. Anything you cannot check from what they sent is an interview question, not a knockout.
- What should happen for each application?
- The evaluation sheet is written either way. Nothing unticked happens — and nothing here rejects anyone.
- What happens next, and by when
- It confirms the application arrived and says what happens next. It never says yes or no.
- The applicant tracker file
- A file in your workspace. Left empty, it writes to shared/recruitment/applicants.csv and creates it on the first application.
- What makes an applicant worth interrupting you for?
- Anything else that must never count
- The floor is already fixed: never the school, the age, the name, the nationality, the address, a photo, gender, or a gap in the dates. Add what else this role must ignore.
What happens when you start it
- Read the application
- Check the knockouts
- Score against the written requirements
- Write the evaluation sheet
- Acknowledge, log and flag
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional
- Greenhouse|Lever — optional
What does "Screen every applicant" do?
You fill in 7 fields — the role, and the requirements it is judged on, what rules someone out on the facts alone, what should happen for each application, what happens next, and by when, the applicant tracker file, what makes an applicant worth interrupting you for and anything else that must never count — and an AI HR Manager takes it from there: read the application, check the knockouts, score against the written requirements, write the evaluation sheet, acknowledge, log and flag. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
The AI HR Manager — hire one and this comes with it, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail, Greenhouse or Lever.
