Prep me before every call
Paste one URL into Cal.com or Calendly. Every call that gets booked arrives with a one-screen brief — who they are, why they booked, and what to say first.
Run by Sales Rep.
What you fill in
- What are you selling?
- Written once, read before every call. It is what decides which half of the research matters.
- What do you want to know before every call?
- The three or four things you look up yourself every time. Each one comes back answered or marked not found.
- Besides the file, where should it reach you?
- The brief is always written to your workspace. Tick nothing and it waits there for you.
- Which address?
- How much do you want to read?
- Three minutes before a call, one screen is the whole product. The longer version keeps the same first screen and puts the background under it.
- Never, under any circumstances
- This one runs unwatched, in your name, on someone who has already booked. Whatever you would not let a new hire do goes here.
What happens when you start it
- Read the booking and the answers
- Check how long there is
- Look up the person and the company
- Write the first five minutes
- Put it where you will read it
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional
- Firecrawl — optional
- LinkedIn — optional
What does "Prep me before every call" do?
You fill in 6 fields — what are you selling, what do you want to know before every call, besides the file, where should it reach you, which address, how much do you want to read and never, under any circumstances — and an AI Sales Rep takes it from there: read the booking and the answers, check how long there is, look up the person and the company, write the first five minutes, put it where you will read it. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
The AI Sales Rep — hire one and this comes with it, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail, Firecrawl, LinkedIn.
