What does "What the phone line took" do?
You fill in 3 fields — which period, anything to watch in particular and keep doing this — and an AI Receptionist takes it from there: read the call log, group the reasons, find who was never called back, write the report. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
