Screen the applications
Reads every CV, scores against the real need, ranks, justifies — and writes the rejections.
Run by HR Manager.
What you fill in
- The CVs
- Upload the applications. Or give the workspace folder where they already are.
- Or: the folder holding them
- The role and what actually matters
- Separate what is essential from what is merely nice. This is what the scoring runs on.
What happens when you start it
- Read every application
- Score against the brief
- Rank and justify
- Write the replies
- Publish the deliverable
- Greenhouse — optional
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional
What does "Screen the applications" do?
You fill in 3 fields — the cvs, or: the folder holding them and the role and what actually matters — and an AI HR Manager takes it from there: read every application, score against the brief, rank and justify, write the replies, publish the deliverable. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
The AI HR Manager — hire one and this comes with it, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 14 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Greenhouse, Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail.
