Follow up on every new lead
Point your form, CRM or Zap at one URL. Every lead that arrives gets qualified, researched and answered — without you opening anything.
Run by Sales Rep.
What you fill in
- What are you selling?
- Written once, used on every lead. Include the price if you say it early.
- What should happen for each lead?
- Tick what you'd do yourself. Everything unticked is work that does not happen.
- Send it, or leave it for you to check?
- Drafts first is the safe start — nothing leaves without you. Switching to Send later is one edit.
- How should it sound?
- Your booking link
- Cal.com, Calendly, or any link that shows your availability.
- The CRM file
- A file in your workspace. Left empty, it writes to shared/crm/leads.csv and creates it on the first lead.
- What makes a lead worth interrupting you for?
- Never, under any circumstances
- This one runs unwatched, in your name. Whatever you would not let a new hire do on day one goes here.
- Anything else it should know?
- Optional. Anything the tick boxes above cannot say — how to handle a particular source, a tone rule, a detail to always mention.
What happens when you start it
- Read the lead and score it
- Research the person and the company
- Write the brief
- Answer the lead
- Log it and flag what matters
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional
- Firecrawl — optional
- Cal.com|Calendly — optional
What does "Follow up on every new lead" do?
You fill in 9 fields — what are you selling, what should happen for each lead, send it, or leave it for you to check, how should it sound, your booking link, the crm file, what makes a lead worth interrupting you for, never, under any circumstances and anything else it should know — and an AI Sales Rep takes it from there: read the lead and score it, research the person and the company, write the brief, answer the lead, log it and flag what matters. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
The AI Sales Rep — hire one and this comes with it, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail, Firecrawl, Cal.com or Calendly.
