Point your blog's RSS or CMS at one URL. Every article you publish comes back as posts written for each network — not the same paragraph pasted three times.

What you fill in
- How does this account sound?
- Written once, applied to every post. Include what you never say — that does more work than what you do.
- Where should it post?
- One post is written per network you tick, in that network's own shape. Nothing unticked gets written.
- Who is reading, and what do they care about?
- The angle comes from here. Without it every post summarises the article instead of selling the reason to read it.
- Post them, or leave them for you to check?
- Drafts first is the safe start — nothing goes out without you. Switching later is one edit.
- Never, under any circumstances
- This one runs unwatched, in your name. Whatever you would not let a new hire post on day one goes here.
- Anything else it should know?
- Optional. Anything the fields above cannot say — a posting convention, an account to tag, a format that works for us.

What does "Distribute every post you publish" do?
You fill in 6 fields — how does this account sound, where should it post, who is reading, and what do they care about, post them, or leave them for you to check, never, under any circumstances and anything else it should know — and an AI Social Manager or Content Writer takes it from there: read the article, not just its title, find the one idea worth a post, write it once per network, publish or leave the drafts, log what went where. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
Social Manager or Content Writer, whichever you have hired — it comes with the role, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
