Answer every review and mention
Point Google, Trustpilot, G2 or a listening Zap at one URL. Every review that lands is read, checked against what you already know, and answered in your voice — the ones that need you get flagged instead.
Run by Support Agent, Social Manager.
What you fill in
- What do you do, and what do people usually praise or complain about?
- Written once, used on every review. The complaints half is what stops the replies sounding defensive.
- Which complaints are fair, and what is the honest answer?
- This is what turns a reply into an answer. Anything not listed gets acknowledged, never explained away.
- Which ones should it answer?
- Everything unticked is written up for you and left alone.
- What should reach you instead of getting a reply?
- The reply is public and permanent. Whatever you would want to write yourself belongs here.
- Post the reply, or leave it for you to check?
- Drafts first is the safe start. A public reply cannot be unsent.
- Never, under any circumstances
- This one runs unwatched, in your name, in public. Whatever you would not let a new hire post on day one goes here.
- Anything else it should know?
- Optional. Anything the fields above cannot say — a signature, a language rule, a phrase to always use.
What happens when you start it
- Read the review and what it is really about
- Check it against what we already know
- Decide: answer, or hand it over
- Write the reply in our voice
- Post it or leave the draft
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional
- Firecrawl — optional
What does "Answer every review and mention" do?
You fill in 7 fields — what do you do, and what do people usually praise or complain about, which complaints are fair, and what is the honest answer, which ones should it answer, what should reach you instead of getting a reply, post the reply, or leave it for you to check, never, under any circumstances and anything else it should know — and an AI Support Agent or Social Manager takes it from there: read the review and what it is really about, check it against what we already know, decide: answer, or hand it over, write the reply in our voice, post it or leave the draft. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
Support Agent or Social Manager, whichever you have hired — it comes with the role, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail, Firecrawl.
