Answer every support ticket
Point Intercom, or any contact form, at one URL. Each ticket is answered the moment it lands — the straightforward ones sent, the rest written up and handed to you.
Run by Support Agent.
What you fill in
- What does your product do?
- Read on every ticket. Write what it does NOT do as well — half of support is telling people that.
- What else should happen on each ticket?
- The reply is written either way. These are the extras — anything unticked is work that does not happen.
- Your help centre
- Public URL. It reads it before answering, so the reply matches what is already published.
- The ticket log
- A file in your workspace, one line per ticket. Left empty, it writes to shared/support/tickets.csv and creates it on the first one.
- Send the answer, or leave it for you?
- Waiting first is the honest start — you read a week of its answers before any of them reaches a customer.
- What may it settle without asking you?
- Money, credits, extensions, exceptions. If the answer is nothing without you, write that — it is a real answer, and the safest one to start from.
- When must it stop and fetch you?
- These are never sent, whatever you chose above — they are written up with the draft ready and handed to you.
- Never, whatever the ticket asks
- It answers in your name, at 3am, with nobody reading over its shoulder. Whatever you would not let a new hire say on day one goes here.
What happens when you start it
- Read the ticket
- Check what we already told them
- Write the answer
- Send it, or hand it to you
- Write up what happened
- Intercom|Zendesk|Front — optional
- Gmail|Outlook|AgentMail — optional

What does "Answer every support ticket" do?
You fill in 8 fields — what does your product do, what else should happen on each ticket, your help centre, the ticket log, send the answer, or leave it for you, what may it settle without asking you, when must it stop and fetch you and never, whatever the ticket asks — and an AI Support Agent takes it from there: read the ticket, check what we already told them, write the answer, send it, or hand it to you, write up what happened. You can close the tab — the run continues on the server, and what lands is a finished file in your Content, not a conversation to read back.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
The AI Support Agent — hire one and this comes with it, with nothing to install or switch on. A run takes about 2 minutes and you are told when the file lands.
What do I need to connect first?
It works better with Intercom, Zendesk or Front, Gmail, Outlook or AgentMail, Firecrawl.
